4 T cinnamon & sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 texas toast
1/2 cup maple syrup, warmed
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a medium size bowl.
2. Add cinnamon and sugar, beat together.
3. Add vanilla & milk, beat together.
4. Use a griddle over medium/high heat. Spray with nonstick spray.
5. Dip texas toast into egg mixture, coat complexly.
6. Place bread on griddle cook for 2 minutes or until done and golden on one side and them flip and cook the same on other side.
7. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
8. Provide butter & syrup.

To make stuffed French toast: Make filling with
◾8 oz cream cheese, softened
◾4 Tablespoons Butter, softened (use real butter! Not margarine! Down with Margarine!)
◾1 cup powdered sugar
◾1 teaspoon vanilla
◾1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
Put a small scoop of filling between two pieces of cooked French toast, place in sandwich maker and cook for additional 3 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
