2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
6 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups sour cream
3 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350*. Butter and flour 2 8" loaf pans and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients and pour evenly in pans.
3. Bake 45-60 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.
4. Cool on rack.
