4 to 6 corn tortillas fried crisp and flat
1 c mashed cooked pinto beans
1 1/2 c shredded lettuce
1/2 c diced green pepper
1/2 c diced onion
2 c cooked chicken
1 1/2 c grated cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1 tomato cut in thin wedges
1 avacodo sliced or diced
6-8 pitted black olives sliced
Sour cream
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each corn tortilla with beans and layer lettuce on top and continue adding ingredients as listed. Top with sour cream and salsa to taste. Cut each pita bread in half and gently pull each half open to form a pocket. Place ingredients inside each pocket and top with sour cream and yogurt.
