12oz box of chex cereal
1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
2-3 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave save bowl & microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Microwave until mixture is melted and smooth.
2. Place the cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted mixture over the cereal.
3. Stir until the cereal is thoroughly coated.
4. Pour the powdered sugar into a large plastic food bag.
5. Pour cereal into the powdered sugar and shake until it is well covered.
6. Pour cereal onto wax paper to cool and dry.
7. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
