1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1/4 c. creme fraiche or sour cream

Whip cream and gradually add sugar. To soft peaks and add vanilla. Fold in creme fraiche
Can double or triple this

Can also use pint of cream with a tub of mascarpone, a little sugar and whip to soft peaks.
