4 lg. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 small cans crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water. Mash with oleo.
Add eggs; stir in sugar and pineapple.
Add vanilla and baking powder; stir well.
Put in buttered dish and bake for 30 min. at 400 degrees F.
Top with marshmallows during the last few minutes of baking.
