Personal Notes:
As a very young girl, I remember my dad making a big deal about a special dessert concoction he created.

I do not know the details and the whole background story that gave my dad the creativity and "fun" we had with this dessert, but this is how I remember it:
We must have had some kind of dessert after most of our dinners, but one night we did not have anything for dessert and we (sisters and I) must have been disappointed. I remember my Dad going to the cupboards and coming back to the table with some items in his hands and he said "we do have dessert". But we were not convinced and wanted to know what it was and what it was called. He made a big deal of mixing the sweet, softened peanut butter and spreading it on the crackers, but it still wasn't official enough for usl
That's when he gave us our "dessert" and said it was called Sooley Mooley. It was actually pretty good. We had good times and good laughs at our table. This is one of my many memories,
