12 pitas cut in half
3 lb kielbasa or summer sausage
1 head iceberg lettuce shredded
2 red onions thinly sliced
4 tomatoes sliced
1 lb mozzarella cheese grated
4 carrots grated
1 c roasted sunflower seeds
1-35 oz jar dill pickles drained and sliced

Slice sausage 1/4" thick. On a large platter or tray arrange ingredients in individual rows adjacent to one another. This can be done early in the day, covered and refrigerated until serving time. Serve with pitas.
