1 c cooked diced chicken
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 4 drops garlic juice)
2 green onions chopped
pinch ground ginger
3/4 c shredded Chinese cabbage

Combine all ingredients and mix well with fork. Spread on buttered sesame seed bun half and top second half. Wrap and refrigerate.
