4 slices bread
4 slices bacon
1 medium onion chopped
1 c grated swiss cheese
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lay bread on cookie sheet and toast one side under broiler. Remove from oven and turn. Fry bacon until crisp, drain, cool and crumble. Drain almost all of drippings from pan bacon was cooked in and add onion. Cook gently until yellow. Combine bacon bits, onion, swiss cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning. Spread on untoasted side of bread covering bread well. Put low under broiler and broil until browned and bubbling.
