4 lbs. Hamburger
3 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesian Cheese
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
4 cloves Garlic - pressed
4 cups - Bread crumbs (1 cup per pound of meat) Approximately 1.5 loaves of hardened Italian Bread.
2 Tablespoons Salt
Olive Oil

Open bottle of wine - preferably Italian - play old music - think Sinatra or Bennett.
1. Soak hardened Italian bread in water. Squeeze water from bread. Crumble one cup of crumbs per pound of meat.
2. Separate bowls for bread and meat
3. Meat Bowl: Add Parmesan cheese and salt to meat. Mix well
4. Bread Bowl: Add parsley and garlic to breadcrumbs. Mix well.
5. Mix bread and meat bowls, add eggs and mix.
6. Make meatballs! A tablespoon is helpful to use make the right size.
7. Fry til brown or Bake at 350 degrees (turning once)
