I extra large (2 extra servings) prepared graham cracker crust
Filling:
6 egg yolks
4 tsp grated lime zest
2 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 cups of fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and lime zest until thick (I use stand mixer for about 5 minutes). Add the sweetened condensed milk as you continue to beat. Beat for another 4 minutes. Add the lime juice and stir in until combined. Pour into the crust. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until it appears set. Cool on a wire rack and then chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Pop it into the freezer for about 15 minutes before you serve. You can pipe or dollop whipped cream on each slice and add a slice of lime if you're feeling fancy!
