2 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all in a bowl and mix until just blended. Pour into 4 custard cups. Set cups in a pan of cold water that has a tight fitting lid. Cover and bring to boil. Turn off heat and let set covered for 45 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID.
