6 oz. raspberry jello

8 oz. crushed pineapple, drain and reserve the juice

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

1 tsp. grated orange peel

1 can mandarin oranges, drain and reserve the juice

1 cup whipping cream, whipped


Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup of hot water. Add cranberry sauce and orange peel. Then add reserved fruit juice equaling at least 1 cup. Let partially set. Fold in pineapple and oranges and whipped cream.
Put in serving dish and refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
