2 lbs lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
3/4 C water
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C light mayo
1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Onion, diced
2 C Bisquick (might need 1/2-3/4 c more if too runny)
1 C water
1 green pepper, diced (I like yellow or orange better)
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 4oz can green chilis

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Brown ground beef until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water and let simmer 3-4 minutes.
In medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, half of the cheese and half the onion and set aside.
In another bowl, mix together biscuit mix and water to make a soft dough. Press dough into bottom and 1/2" up the sides of greased pan.
Saute' remaining onions and peppers until barely tender.
Layer on top of the biscuit in this order: ground, beef, diced tomatoes, green peppers/onions, green chiles, sour cream mixture and remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are slightly browned and cheese is melted.
