2 cups shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese (8oz)
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
about 36 small pimiento-stuffed olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese and flour, mix in butter. Work dough with hands if it seems dry. Mold 1 tsp around each olive and shape into a ball. Place 2 inches apart in ungreased cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake in 400* oven for 15-20 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen appetizers.
