3 packages Knox Unflavored Gelatin
5 cups V-8 juice
3 T finely grated onions
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 - 3/4 Cup Cold Water
Dash of Worchester Sauce
Dash of Tobasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 3 packages of Knox Gelatin into 1/2 - 3/4 cup cold water. Set aside. To the 5 cups of V-8 juice, add grated onion, salt and pepper to taste, juice of lemon, dash of Worchester Sauce and dash of Tobasco Sauce to taste. Heat 2 cups of this V-8 mixture and add this mixture to the Knox Gelatin cold mixture. Stir until completely dissolved. Add to this the remaining V-8 mixture. Pour into a ring mold or individual molds. Makes 8 individual molds. Refrigerate overnight.

Topping: 1/2 cup mayo. 1/2 cup sour cream, chopped fresh dill and parsley to taste. Serve with sliced avocado.

Note: If you want to make less, use 4 cups of V-8 to 2 1/2 packages of Knox Gelatin. Other ingredients stay the same.
