1 large onion chopped
5 stalks of chopped celery
2 TBS oil
2 chopped green apples
1c. dried cranberries
1 stick of butter
1 tsp garlic,powder
1 1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 TBS dried parsley
4 c. chicken broth
8 c. bread croutons

Directions:
To make Bread Croutons: Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. I use a variety of White Bread, Sourdough and Wheat bread. Spray a baking pan and croutons with Cooking Spray sprinkle with 1 tsp of the following : salt, pepper, sage and garlic powder . Bake @ 400ºfor 15 min until crunchy.
Saute Onion and Celery in Oil until soft. Add Apples and Cranberries ,butter and seasonings add chicken Broth.
Pour over Croutons and stir. Place in Greased 13x9 pan. Bake @ 350º for 40 min.
