1 c. Flour
1 TBS Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c. Milk
1 egg
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Griddle to medium high.Mix Dry ingredients.Add Milk and egg.
Stir to Combine but do not over stir. There can be lumps.Coat griddle with oil. Pour 1/3 c. pancake batter. When bubbles begin to appear on batter , flip and finish cooking.
