1 c.Flour
1 c. Water
6 TBS Butter
1 tsp Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Water, Butter and Salt in a heavy Sauce Pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add flour. Stir Vigorously until mixture is smooth and pulls away from sides. Remove from Heat. Cool 5 min. Beat in 1 egg at a time until smooth and shiny.
Put into pastry bag or a ziplock cutting off the tip. Pipe onto greased pan or onto a silicone pad the size of a quarter for appetizer and larger for dessert. Bake @ 425º for 20 min until golden brown.
Store in Air tight container.

Fill with Pudding, Cannoli cream, Chicken Salad or Ham spread or even Whipped Cream.
