1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
2 cups non fat powered milk

Optional
raisins, oatmeal, bran, nuts, dried fruit, wheat germ, protein power, cocoa or carob powder, bee pollen

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. spoon all onto wax or seran paper, making a log, wrap and twist ends. Refrigerate till firm. slice and eat.

With a glass of milk & a slice or two of moon log, prepare to experience ENERGY! Great power breakfast, great for eating before &/or after a workout, hiking, or kids athletics.
