2 1/4 to 2 3/4 c. flour
1TBS sugar
1tsp salt
1 c. hot Water
2TBS olive oil
1 package of quick rise yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour,sugar,salt,water,oil and yeast. Mix with mixer 2 min on medium speed.Stir in 1/2 c. flour at a time until it pulls away form the side. Knead 3-5 min.Place in bowl and cover loosely with plastic wrap.Let rest until doubled in size about 40 min. Punch down and roll out 2 pizza crusts. Place on greased pizza pan. Prick with fork. Bake @ 425 7-10 min. Top with your favorite toppings and see pizza sauce recipe. then bake 8-12 min more.

This is our favorite meal. We got our first pizza pan for our wedding in 1989 and have been perfecting this recipe ever since. In all our moves , it doesn't feel like home until we have made pizza. We have even made this in the Cayman islands!
