Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons Mazola oil
1/3 ( heaping) cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda in enough water to make it runny

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, salt, oil, sugar, and buttermilk
Add the flour and soda
Pour into non-stick or lightly oiled muffin tins
Bake in 400º oven for about 15 minutes

For corn muffins, substitute 1 cup white flour and 1 cup cornmeal for the wheat flour.
