Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pork chops (nice & thick)
a little oil (I use light olive oil, but Wesson oil would be fine)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup 1/2 & 1/2 cream
2 cans of mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Put the oil in a metal roaster & heat on the stove top
Brown the pork chops in the roaster. They should be well seared on both sides.
Mix the soups, cream and mushrooms in a bowl.

I usually just eyeball the cream. Don't put in too much. You want the mixture to be liquid, but still very thick.

Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
Bake in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes.
The pork chops should be super tender when you poke them with a fork. If not, stick them back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

I usually serve this with rice, but it goes nicely with noodles or potatoes too.
