10 1/2 cups Milk
1/4 oz. Tabasco Sauce
3 ozs.Worcestershire Sauce
6 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 lbs. grated American Cheese
12 ozs. Beer
2/3 cup Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk in a double boiler. Add cheese and bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. In a separate pan, warm together beer, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat. Add cornstarch, stirring well. Mix with milk, stirring constantly. Simmer 20-25 minutes, until soup is as thick as desired. Strain and serve hot.
