4 - 6 Pork Chops
1 can Dr. Pepper
12 oz ketchup or chili sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low 6 hours or until pork chops are cooked through. Remove chops and whisk in 1 T cornstarch or flour to thicken sauce into gravy. Serve over rice.

Another good Hospitality dinner at JAARS. Both times I made it my notes said "very good" and "excellent". Very tender.
