10 oz frozen chopped spinach
2 Tbsp butter( optional)
3 eggs
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. cheddar chees
1 lb cottage chees( 2 cups) untrained
2Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Cook spinach and drain. Stir in butter. In round baking dish combine cheese, flour, seasonings. Mix well then add eggs.stir well. Then stir in spinach. Bake for 55-65 or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

I did add more cheese when I make it.
