2 cans tomatoes
2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. chili mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 box yellow rice
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
lettuce
tomatoes, chopped
onion, chopped
olives
cheese, shredded
fritto chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground chuck in skillet until done, drain off fat and add chili mix and tomatoes. Simmer until almost dry. Prepare yellow rice according to directions. Heat cheddar cheese soup and milk. Place ground chuck mixture in a 9x13 pyrex dish. Next layer yellow rice on top of ground chuck, then pour cheese soup on top of rice. Crunch frito's and put on top. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives and cheese.
