2-lbs.Boneless Round Steak 1Tablespoons vegetable oil 3/4 Cups Catsup 1/2 Cups water 1/2 Cups cider vinegar 1 Tablespoons. brown sugar 1Tablespoons prepared mustard 1 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1/2 teapoons. salt 1/8 teaspoons pepper

Trim excess fat from steaks,and cut into serving-size pieces.Heat oil in a large skillet;add steak,and brown on both sides.Transfer steak to a 2-quart shall baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients,stirring well;pour over steak.Cover and bake at 325 for 11/2 hours or until tender
