1# PORK SAUSAGE
2 large yellow onions chopped
1/4 cup oil
2 1/2 cups chopped squash
1-2 cups chopped apple
1/4 cup apple juice or cider
2 cups wild rice
2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
4 cups broth
1-2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped parsley
salt and sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage and set aside
brown onions and celery
add oil and squash and cook 3 min
add apples and cook 3 minutes
add apple juice and put above in large cooking pot
add sausage and all remaining ingredients except sage
Bring to boil and lower heat and cover
when liquid is absorbed, salt and sage season to taste
I put this in dish in oven or can stuff bird
