4 qt tomatoes
6 onions
6 peppers
1 qt vinegar (4 cups)
1/3 c salt
4 lb brown sugar (11 cups)
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes, onions and peppers for 2 1/2 hours. Then add sugar, vinegar and spices. Cook additional 1/2 to 3/4 hour until thick enough. Don't let it scorch.
