8 slices booked crumbled bacon
9" unbaked pie shell
2 c (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 large can undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Cover with swiss cheese. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in 375ºF oven 30 to 50 min or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before serving.
