Meatballs:
6 slices hard bread (soaked in water and squeezed pit)
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs (maybe 3)
1/2 c. grated cheese (pecorino Romano)
salt & pepper
onion salt (few dashes)

Lasagna:
2-3 quarts of homemade sauce
2-3 boxes of DeCecco lasagna noodles (depending on how big of a pan your are using)
Approximately 4 c. of grated mozzarella cheese
Grated Pecorino Romano (Approximately 1 c.)
Ricotta cheese (about 4 cups)
5-6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)

Meatballs:
Mix well together and shape into small meatballs (about the size of a marble) and fry in oil until brown.
Cook meatballs in sauce (with a little water added to thin the sauce a little bit) for about 20 minutes.

Lasagna:
Boil lasagna noodles, rinse and layout out on a cutting board.
Layer in pan as follows:
1. Sauce
2. Noodles
3. Mozzarella cheese
4. Grating cheese (Romano)
5. Ricotta cheese
6. Sauce with meatballs and sausage
7. Hard boiled eggs
Repeat until pan is full. Usually 3 layers.
Top Layer:
Noodles, sauce and grating cheese.

Bake covered with foil for 45-60 minutes at 350º (F)
(Can be frozen before baking. Cover with plastic wrap and tin foil. Let it defrost completely before baking. Follow same baking instructions as usual. Remember to take off the plastic wrap before baking.)
