5 pork chops (34" thick)
2 C shredded red cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3 T apple jelly or brown sugar
1 t seasoned salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T white wine vinegar
1/2 t caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from chops.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, apples, jelly or brown sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
Place cabbage mixture is slow cooker.
Top with pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 to 5 hours
