Amounts vary depending how much I'm making.
Tear firm white day old bread into 1/2 inch cubes.
Brown one tube (12 to 16 oz) sage sausage
Chop onion, red and or green bell pepper, celery,mushrooms, tart apples, walnuts

One stick melted butter omit if dieting.
Swanson low sodium chicken broth.

Amounts vary. I usually use at least one loaf of bread one onion one pepper of each color, a couple ribs celery 2 apples and a handful of walnuts.

Tear firm white day old bread into 1/2 inch cubes.
Brown one tube 12 to 16 oz) sage sausage
Chop onion, red and or green bell pepper, celery sweat veg in a skillet
chop tart apples, walnuts

Toss bread crumbs with chopped veg, apples and walnuts. Add browned sausage. season with poultry seasoning and salt to taste. add up to one stick melted butter. Moisten with chicken broth. Bake at 350 in greased pan until just right.
