1 White or Yellow cake mix with pudding in it

1/2 Cup oil

1 cube butter or margarine

4 eggs

1 can mandarin oranges cut up or chopped up

Mix all together, pour into baking pan that
Is oil and lightly floured.

Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees

Now comes the filling and topping p.i.g. Part.

1 Large can crush Pineapple.

1 Large pkg vanilla instant pudding

Mix together let stand a few minutes.

(Alternate idea. Remove 1/3 of filling before you fold in cool whip.
Spread it on bottom layer as filling then after folding in sugar and cool whip.
Spread a little on top of the filling, place top half of cake and continue adding topping.)


Add

1/3 Cup sugar
Fold in 9 oz. Carton Cool Whip and cover top of cake

When cake has cooled place on serving platter.

If you don't have a platter large enough, place tin foil on a cookie sheet upside down. Using the bottom of the sheet to hold the cake.

With large flat knife slice cake in two, take top off and place aside.

Place 1/2 of topping on top of bottom cake.
Spreading evenly, carefully add top layer.
Spread remaining filling on top, spread on sides also.

This PIG cake was a favorite for me to take to work and bowling for holiday get togethers. Easy and you always made a pig of yourself eating it. Tee Hee.
