Directions:
In a food processor blend together lives, artichoke hearts, onions, Parmesan cheese and salt. Spread cream cheese onto one side of flour tortilla - covering entire area. Spread artichoke mixture down the center of the tortilla. Top with one or two slices of turkey. Roll tortilla up. You may want to add a little extra cream cheese at the end to help keep tortilla closed. Refrigerate for s couple of hours to let flavors blend. This made 5 roll ups for me, I then sliced them into bite sized pieces as an appetizer for a party.
