4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
olive oil

Directions:
Mix salt and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix 1/4 c. water water, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 pkg. dry yeast. When yeast bubbles add flour mixturew and 1 1/2 c. water. Mix until doughy. In a large bowl add some olive oil and spread it around the sides of the bowl. Set dough in center of bowl Cover and let raise 1 hour. Pur a generous amount of olive oil in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and set ball of dough in center. Push once to release air and let stand 5 minutes. Then spread dough out; wait 15 more minutes. Poke holes all over the top with your fingers. Drizzle top with olive oil, filling holes and wetting the whole top. Sprinkle salt on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for approx 15 minutes or until just beginning to turn golden.
