1 1/4 lb veal cutlets
1 egg beaten
1 Oxo beef cube
4 tsp boiling water
3/4 c dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
4 hard cooked eggs
anchovies
capers
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Oxo beef cubes in boiling water and add to egg. Beat well. Cut veal into individual portions and dip into bread crumbs, then the egg mixture, then into the crumbs again. Set aside 15 min to let the crumbling dry. Melt butter in a skillet and brown meat over low heat for a 1/2 hr. Serve each portion with hard cooked egg slices and garnish with anchovies, capers and lemon wedges.
