2 pork tenderloins, 10 oz each
1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
3 applies peeled cored and sliced
1 c onion soup
1/2 c water
1/3 c apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Trim excess fat from tenderloins. In large flameproof casserole over medium high heat, heat butter. Brown tenderloins 2 min each side. Add apples, soup, water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook in oven 25 min or until meat thermometer reads 155ºF. Remove tenderloins and keep warm. In blender process apples and cooking liquid until smooth. Return to casserole and stir in apple juice. Bring to a boil scraping bits from bottom of casserole. Slice tenderloins and serve with apple onion sauce.
