2 cups Bisquick
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick and brown sugar, add pecans, coconut, then add eggs and vanilla
Bake 30-40 minutes @ 325 degrees.

Do not overbake.
Cake will sink in the middle when you take it out. (Hence the name sad!!)
