1- 4 oz can green chilies
1 - 10 oz can tomatillo
3 sprigs parsley
1 small white onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
10 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 C sour cream
Oil for frying
12-14 corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
For sauce, blend chilies, tomatillo, parsley, onion and garlic together in a blender or food processor.
Moisten 6 oz cheese with sour cream for filling. Set aside remaining 4 oz cheese.
Dip tortillas in hot oil until limp.
Dip in sauce.
Fill with 1 T filling.
Roll up and place in 1 quart baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over top.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
