2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
½ c. cocoa
½ tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cocoa. Blend in oil, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add boiling water and mix well. Bake in a greased 13 x 9” pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Very moist and delicious.

(High altitude: decrease sugar by 1 tbsp., increase water by 2 tbsp.)
