2 pounds egg roll skins
1 C diced cooked pork
2 C tiny shrimp (diced if desired)
2 C water chestnuts, diced
2 C shredded cabbage
2 cans bean sprouts
1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
2 T corn starch
Salt to taste
2 T sugar
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil.
Add pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms and green onions.
When heated add corn starch, sugar and salt.
Remove from heat and place on a large platter to cool.
Put 2T filling in each skin, fold over and "glue" ends with cornstarch/water mixture.
Deep fry in 375º-400º oil until golden brown.º

Can be fried ahead of time.
To serve, heat in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Turn midway through cooking.
