2 - 7 oz. cans green chili salsa
1 - 7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1/" cubes
1 pound can undrained tomatillos
9 garlic cloves, mashed
2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
1 large russet potato, peeled and cut into 1/4" cubes
1 large onion, halved and cut into 1/4" slices
1/2 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Turn a 4 or 6 quart electric crock pot on high.
Add salsa, chilies, pork, tomatillos, garlic, carrots, potato and onion to cooker. Mix thoroughly.
Cook for several hours.
Serve with cilantro, scallions, sour cream and warm tortillas.
