1 pound mild Italian sausage
2 C fresh sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large green pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 C chopped onion
1 C chopped parsley
1 t crumbled sweet basil
1/2 t crumbled oregano
1/4 t crumbled rosemary
1/2 C olive oil
1/2 C melted butter
1 pound hot, cooked fettuccine or linguine noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, remove from pan and drain.
Saute mushrooms, garlic, green pepper, onion, parsley and seasonings on olive oil and butter until green pepper is soft.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sausage.
Toss with hot fettuccine.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
