2 T olive oil
1 C chopped tri-color bell peppers
1 C chopped onions
1 C chopped celery
1 1/2 T minced garlic
1 T chili powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 pound kielbasa sausage, cut and quartered
2 - 14 oz cans diced tomatoes with onions and peppers
3/4 pounds medium peeled, deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat.
Add the pepper, onion, celery, garlic, chili powder and salt. Stir to mix.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the onion is golden.
Add the sausage. Stir to coat.
Add the tomatoes (with juice).
Reduce heat to medium low.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until the flavors blend.
Stir in the shrimp.
Cover and simmer for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque.
Serve over shrimp
