6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and cut in half)
3/4 C flour
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t Hungarian Paprika
1/2 C chopped onions
2 T butter
Sauce;
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 C chicken stock
2/3 C milk
1 1/2 T paprika
1 1/2 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and paprika.
Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Saute onions in butter until transparent, remove from pan.
Brown chicken lightly in same pan.
In pan, melt butter, stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles.
Remove from heat and gradually add in chicken stock.
Return to heat, bring to boil and cook 1-2 minutes.
Add milk and paprika.
When warm, remove from heat, beat with a whisk and blend in sour cream.
Stir in onion.
Pour sauce over chicken in pan.
Cook over low heat, stirring 3-5 minutes.
Cover skillet tightly.
Turn off heat and let stand 1 hour.
Reheat before serving.
