1 lb veal cubes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion, minced
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup cooking wine
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sear veal in teflon skillet or saucepan till brown. Add minced onion and garlic, water and wine till veal is tender. Thicken liquid with flour. Delicious with rice. Can also add a small can of mushrooms if desired.
