1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Creole grainy mustard
1 clove garlic, impaled on a toothpick

Directions:

Mix together in a jar and remove garlic after a day or so. I slice the garlic in half before skewering for a little more flavor.
